Does BisectHosting Hosting Have Good Customer Support?

The budget plans, as expected, do not have really great customer support. You also can’t expect it, since they’re barely able to afford the customer support on that low price.

If you get the premium plan, the customer support is far better. It’s a lot better than Shockbyte’s customer support, that’s for sure. As with anything else in life, you get what you pay for.

Are BisectHosting Minecraft Servers High Quality?

It’s good value for the money. The server works. You definitely get dedicated RAM and CPU. The servers are not overprovisioned.

We have seen some Reddit posts claim that their control panel was slow. However, that Reddit post was dated 2015. When we tested it in 2020, the performance was fine. The problem must be fixed by now.
